Part of the investment business requires us to be able to take the properties we acquire and determine what we need to do to them in order to make them appealing to the possible homeowners that are interested in them.

We do this by determining the amount of work that’s needed to get the property up to a reasonable market value and then improve that market value by hopefully building in some additional quality improvements that will attract the right kind of homeownership for the area and the location the property is located in.

In order to do this, many times blueprints and other tools of the trade are called up on to help determine the amount of work, time, effort and labor will be involved.  That’s when architectural experts are called in to give us their viewpoint of what is needed. Then we decide what we will do and what is not necessary.
